Sedona Pattern
Sedona was designed by Quiltworx.com and comprises of 3 distinct groups, including (8) Center Diamonds in a Group A, (8) 16” Squares in a Group B, and border blocks that result in an 85” square quilt as Group C. The pattern requires paper piecing techniques and paper strip piecing techniques. It also requires traditional piecing skills for assembly and curved piecing as well.
The pattern was designed in Quiltster. Quiltster is an online fabric and block auditioning appliation. You can use it to audition fabrics for your Sedona quilt if you have not already purchased a kit. In addtion, since the pattern was designed using mixer blocks from the Meadow Star Wall Quilt series. This means, there are other blocks available that have been designed with the same geometric dimensions for each of the three groups, and these blocks can be mixed and matched to create new designs for future quilts.
